Depending on the year, we use Syrah and Merlot grapes to produce a very fragrant wine with the appealing flavours of red fruit and floral notes reminiscent of a summer in the south of France.
We recommend that our "vin d'été" be drunk chilled sitting out on a warm evening as an accompaniment to grilled meats, crustaceans or as an aperitif.
