Our brut sparkling wine is produced in accordance with the traditional bottle-fermentation process. This is a labour-intensive method whose results speak for themselves: fine pearling, pleasant flavours, fresh and fruity.This cuvée of 50% Semillon and 50% Sauvignon Blanc was first produced in 2005.
The result was an outstanding sweet wine with the flavours of grapefruit, quince and pear. The well-integrated acidity harmonises admirably with the concentration. The limited production-run of 400 bottles (0.75l) is appreciated as a dessert wine and as an accompaniment for e.g. foie gras or blue cheeses.
